What are the differences between high-temperature cable and ordinary cable

Edit:管理员   Click:213  Date:2022-08-26
High temperature cable is a high-temperature resistant cable made of special materials, which is made of high-temperature and high-strength type and processed through special processes. It is suitable for various household appliances, lighting fixtures, electronic equipment, temperature sensing, and other outgoing and connecting cables.
1、 Different materials. Other main materials for high-temperature cables are also high-temperature resistant materials, which can be used in high-temperature environments without affecting their main impact effects. High temperature cables are generally divided into fluoroplastic insulated high temperature cables, silicone rubber insulated high temperature cables, silicone rubber insulated braided cables, and multi-core high temperature cables, while ordinary cables may be made of common materials such as aluminum or copper.
2、 Insulation performance. Unlike ordinary cables, high-temperature resistant cables have strong insulation performance. In factories or laboratories with relatively high requirements, high-temperature cables can prevent short circuits or circuit effects, achieving better application results.
3、 Aging resistance. A particularly significant advantage of high-temperature cables is their resistance to aging and durability. These high-temperature cables can be used for a long time and can assist us in dealing with many cost problems. However, ordinary cables have a fixed service life. After a certain period of use, they need to be stopped and replaced in a timely manner, resulting in a relatively high frequency of replacement, affecting efficiency and increasing costs.
4、 Flame retardancy. Due to the fact that high-temperature cables are made of special materials, their flame retardancy is particularly good. In the event of a short circuit or high temperature fire, they do not immediately connect in series to affect other circuits and increase risk. Instead, they effectively stop flame retardancy, resulting in higher safety performance.
